Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square baking pan. Beat margarine and sugar until creamy. Combine cereal, flour, 1/2 teaspoon pie spice and baking soda. Add to margarine mixture; mix well to form crumbs. Press 11/3 cups of crumb mixture in bottom of prepared pan. Combine apples, cornstarch, water, honey and remaining 1/2 teaspoon pie spice in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Spread apple mixture on top of crumbs in pan. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top of apple mixture. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
